Date-Made Statistics Report

This is very similar to the Arrivals Statistics report, so the details are covered in that section.  The difference is that this report counts 1 for each reservation Made on the date, rather than on the reservation's arrival date.

Note that this report will typically include canceled reservations, etc, as well -- if you don't want those, then you can exclude them with the option Exclude Canceled / Inquiry / Wait List (or with the Site / Reservation Filter).
